Narrow linewidth stable frequency laser, based on external cavity design, has advantages such as ultra-low RIN noise and ultra-narrow linewidth, as well as high output optical power. It is currently widely used in fields such as vehicle mounted LiDAR and fiber optic sensing detection systems, as well as high-precision measurement.

The narrow linewidth stabilized frequency laser module has ultra-narrow linewidth, ultra-low RIN noise, excellent frequency stability and reliability, and is currently widely used in fiber optic sensing and detection systems (DTS, DVS, DAS, etc.).

The narrow linewidth linear frequency modulation laser module has excellent frequency modulation linearity, narrow linewidth, low noise, low RIN value, high edge mode suppression ratio, high output power, and high integration. It is mainly used in high-precision and high-speed range and velocity measurement FMCW radar systems, and can also be used in sensing or communication fields.

The three-day exhibition has come to a successful conclusion. This exhibition not only fully showcases its research and development achievements, but also has deep communication and exchange with many professionals, and has yielded fruitful results. In the future, micro source photons will continue to focus on semiconductor lasers, overcome multiple technical difficulties, enrich perception, connection, and computing with photon technology, and contribute actively to the progress and development of the industry.
